meet Dasha

Dasha Kolesik is a Speech Pathologist, autism assessor, speaker, and consultant with lived experience as an autistic ADHDer. She specialises in neurodiversity-affirming practices, offering supervision, consulting, and speaking services. With extensive experience working with autistic individuals, she provides valuable insights and guidance to individuals, businesses, and organisations.

Dasha holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology, Hanen certification, and is a member of the Lidcombe Trainers Consortium. She obtained her autism assessor accreditation in 2017.

Dasha is a passionate and engaging speaker, featured on Speech Pathology Australia's Speak Out podcast, discussing neurodivergent communication and inclusion. She is also a member of the inaugural Autism Strategy Advisory Committee in South Australia, advising on neurodiversity-affirming practices and inclusion.

In early 2025, Dasha will formalise her governance skills by graduating from the Sylvia Rodger Academy Governance Program. Already serving on governing councils, she is open to expanding her membership on additional boards and councils.

Through her lived and professional experience, Dasha continues to share her knowledge and advocate for the neurodivergent community, promoting inclusive environments and practices.
